The actress, along with husband Saif and son Taimur, had set out for Pataudi Palace to ring in her birthday. We already had the idea that this one would be a very small and private affair where just the three would be there. But since it was the birthday of the Begum herself, it could be no less grand.

Kareena Kapoor rang in her birthday last night and did so with grace and simplicity. She cut her birthday cake and looked cheerful doing so!
