Kiara Advani On Her Fan Girl Moment With Salman Khan: ‘I Just Stood There, Gawking’

The gorgeous Kiara Advani and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan go way back. Apparently Kiara’s parents and Salman grew up together in Bandra and have been friends since a pretty long time. So when the beauty decided to pursue a career in films, her parents helped her get in touch with him. In fact, it was Bhaijaan who suggested that Kiara change her first name, which is actually Alia. The two have even collaborated for a photoshoot and Salman also featured in her debut film Fugly for a special song.

In a recent chat with Mumbai Mirror, Kiara opened up about the first time she met the actor. She was 17 years old and was absolutely smitten when she saw him sitting outside his vanity van on a film set at Mehboob Studio. While Kiara’s mother asked her to greet the star, she was dumb struck and just stood there gawking. She went on to reveal that she already knew him but his aura was so strong that she was left in awe. Well, we sure can understand that feeling.

Meanwhile on the work front, Kiara has a pretty exciting year planned ahead with many interesting scripts in her kitty including Laxmmi Bomb opposite Akshay Kumar, Indoo Ki Jawani co-starring Aditya Seal, Shershaah with rumored beau Sidharth Malhotra and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 opposite Kartik Aaryan. Fans have a lot of expectations from the actress thanks to her killer performance in Kabir Singh and Good Newwz.
