Maidaan: Ajay Devgn’s Look As Syed Abdul Rahim Is Here And It Looks Promising!

Ajay Devgn has already scored big this year. His film, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior had been the first big film of the year and it is now gallantly marching towards the 250 crore mark with no mood to slow down. But Ajay is hoping to score yet another goal in the latter half of the year with Maidaan. The film will be based on the life of Syed Abdul Rahim, who had been the coach of the Indian Football team during its Golden Era. Now Ajay Devgn’s first look as Syed Abdul Rahim is out and we must say, we are super impressed and excited for this one.

Ajay Devgn took to social media to reveal his look. He shared two posters. In one of the posters, we can see him kick the football with an umbrella and a bag in his hand. The poster will take you straight to the 50s-60s. Sharing it, Ajay wrote, “Badlav lane ke liye ek akela bhi kafi hota hai.” Check out the poster here:

In the other, Ajay’s face as Syed Abdul Rahim is highlighted with newspaper clips in the backdrop. Right below, he can be seen standing, facing the boys of his team. The poster also reveals the release date of the film. Captioning it, he wrote, “Yeh kahaani hai Indian football ke Golden phase ki aur uske sabse badey aur successful coach ki.” Check out the poster here:

Maidaan is all set to release on 27th November, 2020.
