Major: Saiee Manjrekar To Make Her Telugu Debut With Bilingual Film Based On The Life On Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan

Saiee Manjrekar has left the audiences impressed with her performance in her debut film Dabanng 3. Fans had been waiting for her next for quite sometime now. Now, we have good news for all her fans. Saiee had signed her next and it is also going to be her Telugu debut. The film will be made in both Hindi and Telugu.

Saiee would be working in a bilingual film next that would be based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who gave his life trying to save hostages during the 26/11 attacks. Saiee confirmed the news and said, “I was looking for a character who would leave an impact on the overall narrative and at the same time, offer me an opportunity to explore myriad emotions as an actress. And that’s what the script of Major offers."

The actress also informed that half of the film had already been shot before the lockdown had been announced. They had shot in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Telugu actor Adivi Sesh essays the titular role in Major and Sobhita Dhulipala would also play a pivotal role. It would be directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. Are you excited for the film too?
