TV actress Smriti Khanna, who is well known as Rittika Zaveri from Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, has a great news to share with fans. The actress is all set to embrace motherhood. Yes, you read that right. Smriti and husband Gautam are expecting their first child soon.

The actress had the most casual announcement of all times. She took to her social media account nd posted a short video where she and husband Gautam can be seen playfully fighting. Smriti is also wearing the tag of ‘mother-to-be’. Captioning the video, she wrote, “Mom-to-be and super dad-to-be fighting for balloons ?? Well, the duo was actually attending the birthday party of one of their friends and it was there that they made the revelation. They also shared a few pictures and short videos in the story! 

Smriti Khanna had tied the knot with Gautam Gupta in 2017. The actress has been part of shows like Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3. After her marriage, she did not return to the screen.
