Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Ex-Wife Aaliya Accuses Him Of Rape, Files Complaint Against Actor

The Nawazuddin Siddiqui-Aaliya Siddiqui case hasn't taken any turn for the better. The lady had sent the actor, who would next be seen in Serious Men, a divorce notice in May. She has also made some serious allegations against the actor and his family. While he and his family had denied all the charges, now the case is taking some turn after Aaliya approached the Police. Last week, she filed a molestation complaint against Nawazuddin's brother and the director of Bole Chudiyaan, Shamas Siddiqui. His anticipatory bail plea was rejected too. Now, she has filed a complaint of rape and cheating against Nawazuddin himself.

According to a report in Zoom, Aaliya approached the Versova Police Station to file a complaint against Nawazuddin, accusing him of rape and cheating. It is being reviewed and the F.I.R is underway. Her legal representative said, "My client had submitted a detailed written complaint to Versova Police Station for Rape, Cheating and Deceitfully causing cohabitation by inducing her a belief of lawful marriage, under sections 375, 376 (k), 376 (n), 420 and 493 of the Indian Penal Code against Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Hopefully, the F.I.R will be registered soon."

We wonder what the actor has to say to that, given he has been tightly lipped about it since it began. Meanwhile, Shamas is said to be on the run while the Police are looking for him. But he had earlier said that all the allegations are false and he is willing to take the matter to the High Court.
