Neetu Kapoor Pens Heartbreaking Note On Rishi Kapoor’s 1st Death Anniversary; Riddhima, Kareena Remember The Superstar

One of the most popular and adored superstars of our country, Rishi Kapoor breathed his last on 30^th April 2020 after a two year battle with leukemia. His fans were heartbroken, his family was shattered and his sudden death left a void in all our lives. Today on the actor’s first death anniversary, his doting wife Neetu Kapoor took to social media to remember him with a heartbreaking note alongside a beautiful candid photograph from happier times.

Neetu wrote: “All of last year has been of grief and sadness around the world for us maybe more as we lost him .. Not a day has gone by when we have not discussed or reminisced him as he was an extension of our existence .. sometimes his wise advice:: his wise cracks : his anecdotes !! We have celebrated him all year with a smile on the lips as he will stay in our hearts forever. we have accepted life will never be the same without him !!! But life will go on ....”

Rishi ji’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and niece Kareena Kapoor Khan also took to their official social media accounts to pay a tribute to the late actor. While Kareena shared a throwback picture of Chintu ji, Riddhima shared beautiful snaps with her father along with the message: “If only i could hear you call me mushk once more ... “Until we meet again we think about you always, we talk about you still, you have never been forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives, until we meet again.” – Dorothy Mae Cavendish. I love you always.”
