Pathan: John Abraham To Finally Begin Shoot, Will Hock Horns With Shah Rukh Khan Tomorrow

The shoot of Pathan had commenced from November. Shah Rukh Khan was spotted at YRF Studios in Mumbai and his look got us all intrigued. Leading lady Deepika Padukone had also joined him in a month and Salman Khan, who would have a cameo in the film as Pathan, also shot some of his parts. However, John Abraham, who would play the antagonist in the film, was not seen shooting yet. Looks like the time has come when he would join the rest of the cast.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, John will begin shooting his parts tomorrow in Mumbai, followed by a stint overseas. A source revealed, “On April 2, the battle royale between John Abraham and Shah Rukh Khan will begin. The brief schedule in the studio will be followed by a marathon overseas stint, as the team is planning to fly down to Russia by May as planned before. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, even Deepika will be a part of this overseas leg of the action-packed espionage thriller. The prep work for overseas shoot has already begun. All through the next two months, John and SRK will be shooting non-stop action and confrontational scene.”

Deepika will reportedly join post April 5th. The film has been largely kept under wraps, but everyone is just excited to catch more updates about Pathan as possible. The film would be releasing in early 2022.
