Race 3 Director Remo D’Souza Gets A Non-Bailable Warrant Issued Against Him In A Fraud Case! Know The Details Of The Case

Race 3 director and choreographer Remo D’Souza has landed in trouble as a Ghaziabad court has issued a non-bailable warrant against him in connection to an alleged case of fraud. The case has been issued by additional chief judicial magistrate Mahendra Rawat. Since permission is needed to send a warrant from another state, he also took permission from Inspector General of Police, Meerut Zone.

The complainant is Satyendra Tyagi, a resident of Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. According to the complainant, Remo D’Souza had taken an amount of 5 crores from him in 2016 to finance his upcoming film, Amar Must Die. Remo even apparently promised him double the amount- 10 crores- after the release of the film. He not just failed to return the amount but also failed to appear in the court, resulting in the issuance of a non-bailable warrant! We are yet to hear from Remo about his side of the story.

Remo D’Souza claimed to fame as a choreographer, after which he switched to directrion. He has helmed projects like ABCD 2, A Flying Jatt and Salman Khan starrer Race 3. He is currently busy with Street Dancer 3D that has Varun Dhawan and Sharddha Kapoor alongside Nora Fatehi. The film is set to release in 2020.
