    Rana Daggubati Starrer Haathi Mere Saathi Release Pushed Due To Covid-19, Telugu, Tamil Versions To Release As Planned

    The resurgence of Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra has once again begun taking its toll on the film industry. While many shoots and events have been delayed due to actors testing positive for Covid-19 between schedules, makers of Rana Daggubati starrer Haathi Mere Saathi have decided to hold on to the Hindi version of the film for a bit longer.

    The makers of the film at Eros International have decided to push the release of the film after the sudden rise in Covid-19 cases. The release of the Telugu and Tamil versions of the film, however, titled Aranya and Kaadan respectively will proceed as planned on March 26.


    “Dear viewers, It pains us to share this news but given the Covid-19 situation in the Hindi markets, the team of Haathi Mere Saathi has decided to hold on to the release of the film. We shall keep you posted on further developments. However, we will be releasing Aranya and Kaadan in the South markets on the 26th of March,” Eros conveyed in statement.

    Haathi Mere Saathi the trilingual adventure drama also stars Pulkit Samrat, Shriya Pilgaonkar and Zoya Hussain.

    The movie has faced considerable delay in the past as well after it was announced back in 2017. The movie directed by Prabhu Solomon sheds light on the issue of elephant abuse.
