Ranbir Kapoor Has Been Very Disturbed After Hearing About Sanjay Dutt’s Cancer Diagnosis

Ranbir Kapoor is known to be one of the most talented actors of Bollywood. However, there was a phase in his career when he did not get very good roles and had to face a few ups and downs. But things changed in 2018 when he broke his ‘no-biopic’ rule to star in Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanju, a film based on the life of superstar Sanjay Dutt. Well, Ranbir has always looked up to Sanju baba and is quite close to him in real life as well. According to latest reports, just like us, Ranbir too was shattered when he heard about Dutt’s cancer diagnosis.

In a report shared by Bollywood Hungama, a close friend of Ranbir’s was quoted saying, “He has been there seen it before, and that too not long ago. Ranbir took his father (Rishi Kapoor) through the whole journey of cancer treatment. He knows what it is like to watch someone very close go through it.” Talking about how deeply affected he is by Sanju baba’s illness, the source stated, “Ranbir hides his feelings far away from prying eyes. He doesn’t allow even those closest to him to see what he feels. But this time Ranbir is very disturbed, and everyone around him can see that.”

Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer last month. The actor is currently undergoing preliminary treatment in Mumbai and is expected to fly to US sometime soon.
