Ranveer Singh Turns Gujarati For Jayeshbhai Jordaar And We Are Impressed!

Ranveer Singh has the ability to transform himself completely into every character that he plays. Right from becoming Murad to turning into the sinister Alauddin Khilji, he has stepped into the shoes of every character and become them. While we are highly excited, and almost impatient to see him transform into Kapil Dev for Kabir Khan’s ’83, his first look from another upcoming film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar is already here.

It was known to us all that Ranveer Singh will play a Gujarati for the film that will be directed by Divyang Thakkar. Well, the first look of the film is already here. He looks very different from his other characters and has quite a lean look. Check out the first look here:

Talking about the film, Ranveer had earlier called it a ‘miracle script’ and said, “Jayeshbhai is a film with a big heart. In its concept and appeal, it encompasses the broadest spectrum of the cinema-loving audience it’s a movie for everyone! It is, in fact, a 'miracle script' that YRF found for me out of nowhere. The sheer brilliance of the writing compelled me to immediately green-light this project. Both humourous and poignant, Jayeshbhai is right up there with the most solid on-paper material I’ve come across."

 Apart from ’83 and Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Ranveer will also be seen in Takht.
