Rashami Desai Talks About Her Love Life; Says ‘I Should Be With People Who Respect Me’

While Rashami Desai was one of the strongest and most popular contestants of Bigg Boss season 13, her relationship with housemate and boyfriend Arhaan Khan was the biggest highlight of her journey in the reality show. She was over the moon with joy when he re-entered the house and proposed to her, but was left devastated when host Salman Khan revealed that Arhaan is married and has a child. Nevertheless, Rashami stood tall and faced all her problems like a true warrior.

Now that she is out of the house, does she believe in the concept of love? Talking to Pinkvilla, the actress shared, “The kind of love you are talking about, I am done with it. I had given it to somebody I really loved and admired and I have respect for that feeling. Now, I am a sensible woman who understands the situations around me. I might have fewer people around me, but they are my people. Earlier, I would be scared that they might leave me, but later I realised I don't need to be. Rather than waiting for true love, I feel I should be with people who respect me.”

However, Rashami went on to add that you have to go with the flow, if something has to happen then it will. She also shared that she is not saying no to anything because life goes on and going into denial just makes a person negative.
