RRR: Alia Bhatt And Ram Charan To Shoot Two Larger-Than-Life Songs For SS Rajamouli’s Period Drama

One of the most popular and adored actresses of Bollywood, Alia Bhatt has been a busy bee ever since the lockdown lifted. She resumed shoots of her much awaited projects and has now almost completed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s biographical crime film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The actress has only 2 dance sequences left to shoot before she can call it a wrap. Well, latest buzz suggests that this is also the case for another one of Alia’s upcoming films.

According to a report shared by Pinkvilla, the actress has almost finished shooting for SS Rajamouli’s period drama RRR and has just two more songs to shoot. A source was quoted saying, “Alia has finished shooting for all her sequences in RRR, except for two songs with Ram Charan. She will be flying to Hyderabad in April to shoot for the remaining numbers. Alia will start prepping for them closer to the shooting date. These larger-than-life song sequences will feature Alia in a never seen before avatar.”

Well, as soon as the shoot of RRR is wrapped up, Alia will finish filming the remaining portions of Ayan Mukerji’s action fantasy film Brahmāstra. Also featuring Alia’s beau Ranbir Kapoor and superstar Amitabh Bachchan, the film will serve as the first part in a planned trilogy.
