Saif Ali Khan Prepared For Go Goa Gone In The Most Hilarious Way

Despite being a dud at the box-office, Go Goa Gone, over the years, have become a fan favorite film. Three losers and a pretty girl stuck in a zombie infested island with a desi Russian mafioso being their only hope of survival, it is difficult to hate this quirky attempt by Raj and D.K. which also happens to be India’s first zom-com.

While Vir Das, Kunal Khemu and Anand Tiwari owned their roles as Luv, Hardik and Bunny, it was Saif’s Boris that had us in splits. Kunal Khemmu, who was also involved in the script was the one who suggested Saif for the role and we can never thank him enough for that. From his golden hair to the fake Russian accent or his Chandni Chowk origin, this character was truly one of a kind.

It was exactly the reason why Saif was clueless about how to go ahead with the role. Finally, makers found the most amazing solution to Saif’s problem. Saif was handed over a copy of The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. For the uninitiated, the Max Brooks book is a hilarious take on survival in case of a hypothetical zombie invasion. The book was a bestseller and was in turn inspired by the 1943 film Revenge of the Zombies.

No doubt, Saif did such a phenomenal job at the role given he really learnt from the best in the business
