Salman Khan Apologises To Theatre Owners And Offers Help By Announcing The Release Of Radhe In Cinemas On Eid 2021

The cinemas across the country have been in a deep crisis since the nationwide lockdown was announced nearly 10 months ago in March 2020 owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. The entertainment industry has suffered gravely due to the shut down cinema halls and no major releases since the theatres re-opened in October last year.

In the past few weeks since 2021 begun many producers have begun locking their dates on the calendar for the theatrical release of their films and handed the cinema owners a beckon of hope. Joining them is superstar Salman Khan who has now answered the several pleas of cinema owners and announced the release date for his film Radhe: You Most Wanted Bhai to be Eid 2021.

The film which Salman Khan committed to his fans as an Eid 2020 offering will finally see the light of day and this year. The actor who resumed shooting for this Pabhudeva project in October last year has now released a statement apologizing to cinema owners for responding late and promising his fans Radhe, once again.

In his statement he wrote, “Sorry it has taken me a long time to revert to all the theatre owners... It's a big decision to make during these times. I understand the financial problems that the theatre owners/exhibitors are going through and I would like to help them by releasing Radhe in theatres. In return I would expect them to take utmost amount of care and precautions for the audience who would come to the theatre to watch Radhe. The commitment was of EID and it will be Eid 2021 inshallah. Enjoy Radhe this year in theatres on Eid.. God willing..”

Well, that announcement surely adds some cheer in this difficult times both for Salman Khan’s fans and the theatre owners.

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will be an action drama also starring Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Randeep Hooda and Gautam Gulati.
