Salman Khan Enjoying A Quiet Birthday With Family At Panvel Farmhouse; Star Greets Paparazzi At Midnight, Cuts A Cake

Salman Khan turned 55 this year but unlike any other time the actor has decided to maintain a low profile and is spending time at his farmhouse in Panvel. The superstar who usually hosts a lavish birthday bash each year with his family and friends from the fraternity in attendance, this year rang in his birthday simply cutting a cake at midnight with the paparazzi in attendance.

The actor was greeted with a loud cheer and he even spoke to the media about his decision to not celebrate his birthday. Salman said that he was with his family at his farmhouse and the due to Covid-19 pandemic raging on celebrations this year did not make any sense. The star further prayed and hoped that 2021 brought peace and health to everyone.

Keeping in view his reverential fan following the actor had issued a statement on 26 December ahead of his birthday requesting fan s not to gather outside his home. A notice placed outside the Galaxy Apartments in Bandra informed fans that the actor is not at home and graciously asking them to crowd around the place.

"The love & affection of my fans over the years has been overwhelming on my birthdays but this year it is my humble request not to crowd outside my house, keeping the COVID pandemic & social distancing norms in mind," the notice read.
