Sanjay Kapoor Wants Daughter Shanaya Kapoor To Make Her Own Mistakes In Bollywood, Doesn't Want To Hand Hold Her Through It

There can never be too many Kapoors in Bollywood and the latest one ready to enter the mix is Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor. The star kid all set for her moment in the spotlight with a dream debut in a Karan Johar produced film and her father and actor Sanjay Kapoor couldn’t be prouder to see her dream coming true.

Talking to Spotboye, the actor on being asked about Shanaya’s debut said that the 21-year-old has wanted to be an actress for a really long time. On asked about his advice to his daughter, he tells the portal, "This line is such that you learn with your own experience, having said that, she knows I am gonna be right behind her. Honestly, I feel every individual should grow on their own and it's better that, she learns from her own mistakes and experience. This way she will enjoy her journey much more rather than I hold her hand for everything.”

Shanaya was recently announced to be a part of Karan Johar’s newly launched Dharma Cornerstone Agency, and earlier it was reported her debut project will go on floors in July. The aspiring Bollywood actress apart from her father and uncle Anil Kapoor has cousins like Janhvi, Arjun, Sonam and Harsh Varrdhan to look up to. Besides her family Shanaya’s besties Anaya Pandey has already debuted in Bollywood and made her mark while her other best friend Suhana Khan awaits her debut in films.
