Shah Rukh Khan Locks April 2020 To Begin Shooting For Rajkumar Hirani's Next, Keen On Signing Two More Films

Shah Rukh Khan’s break from movies might be giving him time to relax and think over what he wants to do next but it is making fans impatient waiting for him to announce what his next film will be. The king of romance was missed on the big screen this year and the fact left room for a lot of speculation. SRK’s name was associated with a lot of projects and he kept shooting down the rumours until on his birthday on November 2 he announced that he will announce his next Bollywood film really soon.

Rumours were strong that Shah Rukh may collaborate with South director Atlee for his next also titled Atlee. The director was also spotted meeting the actor during a cricket match in Chennai and also at the actor’s Diwali bash. News now is that Shah Rukh has already given his dates for a film with Rajkumar Hirani. According to reports, the superstar will begin shooting for Hirani’s film in April 2020.

Shah Rukh has been deeply thinking about his next film during his break and seems to have narrowed in on three scripts all of which he wants to pursue. The films include Atlee’s next, Rajkumar Hirani’s next and an action drama with Ali Abbas Zafar. A source told Pinkvilla, "It seems that Shah Rukh has loved all the three scripts and will do all of them, one by one. Raju has already locked SRK's dates from April 2020 for his movie and that's happening right away. If all goes well, he might even have a big release next year itself."

Adding to his upcoming projects is also Ayan Mukerji’s Bramhastra in which the actor will have a cameo. The project is a trilogy starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan in key roles. The first chapter of the film is due to release in 2020.
