Shah Rukh Khan's List Of Upcoming Films Grows With Atlee's Next, Actor Likely To Shoot For It Towards The End Of 2021

Shah Rukh Khan is back in the groove and apart from shooting for a big screen comeback, the actor is busy lining up his next few projects. News is that Shah Rukh Khan has finally given his nod to South filmmaker Atlee for his next mega project.

The rumours of their collaboration have been around for a while but now, reports suggest that the actor has said yes to the project finally after having seen the final script. Atlee paid a visit to the actor at his residence ahead of the lockdown and it was apparently during this visit that things were finalized on the project.

Reports also claim that Shah Rukh will begin shooting for his project with Atlee towards the end of 2021. The actor who begun shooting for Pathan last year still has portions of the film to complete. While it was anticipated earlier that the actor will move on to shoot with Rajkummar Hirani’s project after wrapping up Pathan, it now looks like there has been a change in his schedule.

Having said that, there has been no update on Hirani’s project with Shah Rukh for some time now and pandemic could be the reason for it. The movie which is said to be an immigration drama was expected to be shot abroad and since that is a no go right now, looks like Atlee’s film will be the next on Shah Rukh fans’ calendars.
