Shah Rukh Khan’s Next: Kanika Dhillon Roped In To Write The Script Of The Rajkumar Hirani Film?

It is now safe to assume that Shah Rukh Khan might be making a comeback on-screen post Zero with Rajkumar Hirani’s film. He is working with Raj and DK and in a recent QnA session, he gave a strong hint that his project with Hirani is on. While we are waiting for an official announcement, here’s a recent buzz that is doing the round. Well, it is being reported that Kanika Dhillon would be writing the script of the film!

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Kanika will collaborate with Abhijat Joshi for the script of the film. A source close to the project was quoted saying, “Kanika Dhillon has come on-board and she along with Rajkumar Hirani and Abhijat Joshi are busy scripting the film. Kanika is mainly scripting while Rajkumar and Abhijat are helping her with inputs. They are hoping to finish in a month or two. The film was to go on floors in August but due to the lockdown, it seems that the shoot will be pushed ahead.”

Well, Kanika has already earned praises for her work in the industry. She has been behind the scripts of films like Manmarziyaan, Kedarnath and Judgementall Hai Kya and she also wrote the screenplay of Netflix’s Guilty. Now that she would collaborate with Abhijat Joshi and Rajkumar Hirani, the film would definitely turn out to be something worth the wait!
