Sherni: Vijay Raaz To Resume Shoot For The Vidya Balan Starrer As Makers Rope Him In Again Post Me Too Allegations

It was later confirmed, despite that meaning that most of the portions shot already would have to be reworked. Now, he is being reinstated in the film.

Vijay Raaz himself confirmed the news and told Bollywood Hungama, “I will soon be shooting again.” A source further told the portal, “The producers thought of replacing him. But now it seems they have no option but to carry on with Vijay Raaz. He is the best fit for the part and besides nothing has been proved against Vijayji.”

Earlier, Vijay Raaz had expressed his disappointment with judgement being passed at him. He had said, "I am all for an investigation by the authorities. However, to ostracise me, suspend and terminate my services from my forthcoming films even before any sort of investigation, is shocking. I have no words to express.
