Shilpa Shetty, Aparshakti Khurana pen heartwarming notes on Daughters Day; Karan Johar wishes Alia Bhatt & Roohi

On the occasion of Daughters Day, actress Shilpa Shetty took to her official social media handle to pen a sweet note for her baby girl Samisha. She began by thanking her daughter for choosing her. Shilpa went on to write: “I promise you that even though we’ve been mother-daughter from the start, we’ll always be best friends forever from the heart. Love you, my baby!” Along with this loving caption, the actress shared a super adorable video of her and her daughter from this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.

Actor Aparshakti Khurana, who welcomed his daughter Arzoie into the world a month ago, also shared a heartwarming post along with a cute family picture. He wrote: “We’ve been waiting for you since forever and now our world feels complete because we have you in it. Today on your first daughter’s day, I promise to lend you a shoulder when you need one. A gossip buddy by the day and your 3 AM friend by the night (when you just want to vent/bitch it out). I promise to be both.”

Karan Johar, on the other hand, took to his Instagram story to share cute selfies with his daughter Roohi Johar and his mentee Alia Bhatt, who he also considers to be his daughter.
