Shilpa Shetty Shares The First Look Of Nikamma, Also Announces The Release Date

She might be away from the silver screen for about 13 years, but Shilpa Shetty’s popularity and our love for her has not dwindled one bit. Now that the actress is all set to make a comeback with Nikamma, we are waiting for the film to hit the screens with bated breath.

Stirring our excitement further, the makers shared the first look of the film and even announced the release date. Shilpa shared the same on her social media and wrote, “Super excited to announce that #Nikamma is releasing on 5th June 2020. Have had such an amazing experience working with @sabbir24x7, @abhimanyud & @ShirleySetia, and now, I can’t wait for you guys to watch it! Mark the date! See you in the theatres!”

Apart from Shilpa, the film also features Abhimanyu Dassani of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota fame and internet sensation singer Shirley Sethia who is making her acting debut with the film. The film is being directed by Sabbir Khan. In the first look, we can see Abhimanyu and Shirley sitting on the floor of a train and Shilpa looking smoldering as always in a red dress.

Previously, talking about her comeback, Shilpa had said, “I think once an actor always an actor, and once you taste the blood you cannot stay away from it for a long time.”
