Siddhant Chaturvedi-Katrina Kaif To Do A Horror Comedy, Actor To Also Do An Action Film After Bunty Aur Babli 2

Siddhant Chaturvedi seems to be on a movie signing spree after becoming an instant favorite with Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy in 2019. Just recently the actor announced being a part of the Bunty Aur Bubli 2 and followed it up quickly with signing a romantic thriller with Deepika Padukone and Ananya Pandey.

If you think that’s all for Siddhant’s upcoming projects then think again. In a recent chat with Miss Malini, the actor revealed that he, in fact, has two more to add to the list. First is a horror comedy with Katrina Kaif and another is an action entertainer with Farhan Akhtar’s production house Excel Entertainment.

Horror comedies are quickly becoming a Bollywood trend after the success of Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree in 2018 and now Siddhant and Katrina have also joined the bandwagon.

As for his action film, Siddhant told the portal, "There is an action film which was supposed to happen first but then Bunty Aur Babli 2 happened. The action film is my passion project. I have been trained in Taekwondo, martial arts, 5 saal jab kuch nahin tha, yehi kar raha tha. Train hi kar raha tha khudko. I wanted to do action on-screen."

Now that’s a handful of movies the actor has in his kitty and we are looking forward eagerly to each of them.
