Siddhant Chaturvedi Receives Death Threats For Romancing Deepika Padukone In His Next; The Actor’s Reply Will Win Your Heart

Siddhant Chaturvedi is undoubtedly one of the most promising newcomers in Bollywood. He made his debut in the film industry with Zoya Akhtar’s blockbuster Gully Boy last year, which features Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. As usual, the two left their fans stunned with their performances. However, Siddhant’s character Shrikant Bhosle a.k.a. MC Sher left an equally strong impact on the audience. He not only achieved the Most Promising Newcomer award, but also won many hearts with his portrayal of the street rapper.

Recently, Siddhant took to his social media handle to announce his next project. Directed by Shakun Batra, the film will also star the queen of Bollywood Deepika Padukone and the gorgeous Ananya Panday. Within a short span of time, the comment section of this post was showered with love and praises from fans and celebrities. However, one user did not seem too happy with the news and gave a death threat to the actor. He wrote: “Bhai mai tera khoon kar dunga ab. Tujhe Deepika ko romance karne ka moka mil gaya.” Siddhant, who has been winning the internet with his savage reply to Ananya in a recent group interview, opened up about the same in a chat with Koimoi and his reaction will leave you impressed. He said, “Thik hai, kya karu yaar? Ek baar kar lenge romance, fir khoon kar dena mera tu hi. Uske baad mai aise hi mar jaunga romance karte karte unko.”

Currently, the handsome and extremely talented actor is busy shooting for his second film, Bunty Aur Babli 2, alongside Saif Ali Khan, Rani Mukerji  and Sharvari Wagh. The crime comedy is a sequel to the 2005 film starring Rani, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan.
