Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s Shershaah To Release On An OTT Platform?

Well, the coronavirus pandemic has made sure the film business suffers like never before! We are sure things are not going to be normal anytime soon. There were rumors about ’83 and Laxxmi Bomb that they would have a digital release but today it is in fact a reality and the makers are readying these films for release on the OTT platforms.

And now, if media reportage is to be believed, the latest to join the bandwagon is Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer Shershaah. It is a war film with a little bit of romance interspersed, here and there. The film is based on the life of the Kargil Martyr Vikram Batra and is also complete and ready for a release. It was supposed to be out on 3^rd July 2020 just four days before, the death anniversary of the Param Vir Chakra Awardee. But the lockdown imposed on the country to fight the coronavirus scare is now an impediment to its release.
