Sidharth Malhotra says he and Kiara Advani were 'forced' to kiss in Shershaah after Kapil Sharma asks if it was their creative input for the film

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani had begun to shoot for Shershaah quite a few years back. Ever since the two met on sets, rumours have been doing the rounds that sparks have flown between them. In fact, the dup have often been spotted at the airport, jetting off for vacays together. In fact, the duo also appeared in The Kapil Sharma SHow together to promote their last film Shershaah.

In the show, Kapil like always pulled their legs. In fact, he went on to ask if kissing each other was the creative freedom that Sidharth and Kiara took for Shershaah. Bringing up their on-screen kiss, Kapil said, “Yeh waise story mein likha tha ya aapki creative input thi (Was it a part of the script or was it your creative input)?” Sidharth tried to clarify that 90% of what was shown had actually happened with Captain Vikram Batra (PVC), but Kapil wanted the know about the 10%. Sidharth tghen replied, “Nahi, nahi, woh bhi sab humne kirdaar ke liye… Karna pada, bohot mushkil se, forced… Zabardasti karna pada (No, no, we did everything for the characters. We had to do it with great difficulty, we were forced).”

Sidharth and Kiara have not revealed to the public if they are dating. However, industry insiders claim that the duo is in a relationship. Well, their on-screen chemistry definitely makes us hope that they are a couple in real life as well.
