Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja have been a happily married couple since May 2018. The duo decided to get married after dating each other for two years. However, it seems as though the wedding for them was just a formality!

According to a report on a media portal, Sonam Kapoor revealed that they tied the knot just because their friends and family wanted them to. She was quoted as saying, “I think marriage is just a formality in our time. I, of course, agree that it is a commitment too. Anand Ahuja and I feel we were already committed to each other before we got married. Marriage is something we did for our friends and family. So I don’t think our relationship has changed so much since the time we were dating.”
