Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor’s pairing in the film Ram Lakhan from 1989 is as inconic as bromances get in Bollywood. While two stars have starred in many films together they are popularly known as the Ram-Lakhan Jodi in Bollywood and today Sonam Kapoor spoke for all of us when she asked her father and Jackie Shroff to do a film together once again.

Anil Kapoor shared a video of him ‘walking off Monday blues’ by a beach to which his dear friend Jackie responded by saying ‘Awesome Lakhan’. Their small interaction on social media sent netizens on a nostalgic trip who started recounting all their films together especially Ram Lakhan.

Sonam Kapoor too responded to Jackie Shroff excitedly saying, ‘Do a movie together’.

Well, it would be exciting seeing a reunion of these veteran Bollywood stars, better still if we could get a Ram Lakhan sequel so many years later.

Anil Kapoor has been winning over the internet with his fitness regime at home during the lockdown where he can be seen flaunting his biceps while giving youngsters a run for their money while Jackie too rejuvenated himself spending time at his farmhouse when the lockdown was announced and got back home months later only to look much younger and refreshed.
