Sunny Singh to play the lead in a same-sex love story? Here's what we know...

Sunny Singh is gearing up to play Laxman in Om Raut's Adipurush, but that's not the only project that he has in his kitty. While the actor is now looking at shooting Adipurush and bulking up for the project too, he seems to have been signed to play the lead in a love story. What's more- his character would reportedly be that of a gay man.

According to a report in ETimes, Sunny has been approached to play the lead in a love story directed by Hardik Gajjar. This one would be a same-sex love story and Sunny will play a homosexual man. The film would be produced by Jio. Further details about the project have not been divulged yet.

Of course, there had been no official confirmation but we would love to see Sunny in a role like this! We wonder who would be paired opposite to the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor, but given the on-screen camaraderie, we wish Kartik Aaryan was roped in for the role! A few days back, a source close to the actor had said, "Sunny is reading a lot of scripts this lockdown. Many offers and scripts have come to him after the announcement of Adipurush. And, we are expecting an announcement from the actor soon as and when he signs his next."
