Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Rhea Chakraborty Not Absconding, Bihar Police Claims They're Not Tracing Her At This Moment

The F.I.R filed against actress Rhea Chakraborty by Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has come as a big twist in the investigation of his death. The family has alleged that the actress who was dating Sushant and five others abetted the suicide. Following that reports broke out about how Rhea went missing from her Mumbai apartment when Bihar police tried to approach her.

Vinay Tiwari, Central Patna SP who is in on the investigation in Mumbai has dismissed such reports and told Mid-Day that they actress hasn’t been approached by them yet. Mid-Day quoted him saying, "Aisa kuch nahin hai. At this point, we are not even trying to trace Miss Chakraborty. Preliminary enquiry is underway. There are certain basic facts that are being investigated, following which we will decide on the course of action. As when and if she is required, we will get in touch with her." 

The actress and three more her family members have been named in the F.I.R by Sushant’s family. The report claims the actress used the actor for professional gain and swindled Rs. 15 crores from his bank account. It has also been alleged that the actress threatened Sushant when he suggested he wanted to quit movies and take up organic farming and left a few days before his death taking his medical reports with her.

Rhea in the meanwhile has moved to the Supreme Court petitioning for the Bihar police case to be transferred to the Mumbai police and awaits the top court’s decision.
