Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death: Actor’s Pavitra Rishta Co-Star, Parag Tyagi Reveals Ankita Lokhande And The Entire Cast Is ‘Devastated’ At The News

Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has come as a shock for the entire industry. It is hard for all to believe that the 34 year old star is no more. Not just the film fraternity, but TV industry where Sushant had begun his career to cricketers to politicians and numerous fans, everyone is distraught at the news. Now, his co-star from Pavitra Rishta, actor Parag Tyagi, spoke up about how the entire cast of the show has reacted to the news.

Talking to TOI, he said, “Aai (Usha Nadkarni) can't stop crying. Manju Shah (Swati Anand), everyone is shattered after hearing the news. All Pavitra Rishta actors were discussing and everyone is asking why? I spoke to Ankita (Lokhande). She is also devastated and everyone is speechless as to how this happened. She was devastated and is unable to believe the news. Everything was good, Chichore was a hit, his new film Dil Bechara, was coming which looked good, why Sushant why. I was watching the teasers of Bechara yesterday. He was so good.”

Parag also added that he would definitely go and pay his last homage to the star. He said, "It is a very tough time for me. My father just passed away. I had to see his body and now this news, it is unbelievable. I am unable to come to terms with this news. I will definitely be going for his cremation. I will have to go.”
