    Sushant Singh Rajput died in June and his death had sent shockwaves across the nation. People are yet to come to terms with the fact that he is no longer amongst us. The talented and successful actor had been suffering from depression and ended his life, but fans want a CBI inquiry on his death.

    As a mark of respect for the late actor, a road and a chowk have been named after him in his hometown Purnea. According to a report in Live Hindustan, Mayor Savita Devi said that Sushant was a great artist and renaming of the road and roundabout is Purnea’s way of paying tribute to him. The road that goes from Madhubani to Mata Chowk will now be called Sushant Singh Rajput road and the Ford Company roundabout has also been rechristened to Sushant Singh Rajput Chowk. A video of the same is going viral.

    Savita Devi has also written to the PM for a CBI inquiry on Sushant's death. Sushant was found dead in his Bandra home on 14th June. The Bandra police are investigating his death and have recorded the statements of over 28 people. Sushant will be seen one last time in Dil Bechara, which is set to release on 24th July.
