    Nitesh Tiwari’s 2019 directorial Chhichhore is undoubtedly one of the most unique masterpieces we have seen so far. Featuring an ensemble cast of incredibly talented actors like Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Varun Sharma, Naveen Polishetty, Tushar Pandey and Saharsh Kumar Shukla, the comedy drama follows the story of Anni and Maya who take a trip down memory lane along with their college friends to make their son understand the importance of never losing hope.


    The film has received the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi at the 67th National Film Awards announced in 2021. Sushant’s fans are over the moon with joy to hear the news and his co-star Varun dedicated the win to the late actor. Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti also took to her official social media handle to express her happiness. She wrote: “'Chhichhore' wins National Film Award.” Bhai, I know you are watching, but I wish you were there to receive the award.     Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, who produced the film, also took to his official account to dedicate the award to Sushant. He tweeted: “On behalf of NGE, I dedicate this prestigious award to #SushantSinghRajput. We can’t get over his loss but I pray that this award gives a bit of happiness to his family & fans including me. And I’m grateful to @niteshtiwari22 for giving us this special movie.”
