Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Cast Resumes Shoot In Film City

Makers of TV shows are slowly but surely getting back to business resuming shots of their shows months after they were halted due to the lockdown. A phased unlock and strict guidelines dictate the shoots in the new normal but actors are braving the COVID threat as shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Shakti, KumKum Bhagya, Naagin 4, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and several others are already shooting for fresh episodes.

SAB TV’s popular comedy-drama Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has now also joined the league and resumed shoot from Thursday, 10 July. According to a Spotboye report, the show’s Tapu Sena including actors Raj Anadkat, Palak Sidhwani, Samay Shah, Kush Shah and Azhar Shaikh have started shooting in film city.

Earlier there have been many speculations regarding when the show would return but TMKOC producer Asit Modi made it clear that they were not in a race and gave the whole process time. Unlike many others shows Taarak Mehta has a big cast and there were also concerns over how shoots will be managed under the new guidelines but it looks like the markers have indeed found the way.

Looks like Taarak Mehta fans might not have to wait for long after all to see their favorite show return with new episodes.
