This Is What Sonakshi Sinha's Mother Poonam Sinha Did With The First Pay Cheque Of The Actress

Sonakshi Sinha has been a Bollywood favorite since the day she arrived with Salman Khan in Dabangg 2010. The actress has now been busy working on projects with strong characters for a long while and another attempt in that direction is her upcoming film Khandaani Shafakhana. The actress was recently on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote her film alongside her debut co-star Badshah.

Kapil revealed on the show that Sonakshi earned Rs. 3000 as her first salary and her mother Poonam Sinha took her pay cheque and got it framed. While it seems like a very pride worthy moment for any parent, Kapil Sharma had another question that brought the point home for many of wondering if Sonakshi ever got to get her cheque encashed before getting it framed?

Sonakshi has in the past also spoken about how she earned her for salary and revealed in an old interview to an entertainment portal,  "I got my first pay cheque when I volunteered as an usher at a fashion week. I was still in college then and I was being paid Rs 500 a day. By the time the event ended, I had earned Rs 3000. I gave the cheque to my parents. My mother has framed it and kept it as a memento".

The actress infact even gave her first pay cheque as an actress which she earned for Dabangg to her parents. They donated the money to Salman Khan’s charity Being Human.

On the work front Sonakshi has Khandaani Shafakhana releasing this week and will be seen in Dabangg 3 thereafter.
