For all you Parth and Erica fans out there, we have the worst news possible. After Hina Khan recently quit the show, Erica Fernandez is also about to follow suit. According to recent rumors that makers are looking for a replacement for Erica.

The news fails to make any sense as Parth and Erica as Anurag and Prerna have become fan favorites and the ratings of the show are through the roof and most of the credit goes to Parth and Erica’s chemistry in the show.

However, a recent daily reported the shocking development. A source close to the makers of the show said, “At the moment they have yet to figure if Erica will be replaced," and also added the decision was made all of a sudden. When contacted by the same daily, Erica went the ‘no comments’ route.

Recently, the show took a major call by eliminating the track of the main antagonist Komolika played by Hina Khan and now they are planning to replace Prerna.

As long as the official announcement is not made by Ekta Kapoor, we are keeping our fingers crossed that this turns out to be a false rumor.
