When Aishwarya Rai Wanted To Be Dubbing Artist For A TV Serial And Was Rejected!

Touted to be the most beautiful woman in the world Aishwarya Rai Bachchan turns a year older. The former Miss World has many accolades to her credit and there’s hardly anyone in the world who could pass an offer to work with her. The journey to being a supermodel and then an acclaimed Bollywood and international star hasn’t been all that easy.

During her early days even before she won the title of Miss World in 1994 Aishwarya had auditioned to be a voice dubbing artist for a TV serial and was rejected for it! As shocking as that maybe she incidentally shares this fact in common with Bollywood superstar and her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan who was also rejected for his voice by All India Radio where he had applied in his early days for a job.

Well, As if it was all meant to work out, Aishwarya went on to win the Miss World title and there was no looking back. Aishwarya recently also dubbed the Hindi version of Angelina Jolie’s big Disney movie, Maleficent.

The actress today has rejected countless big movie offers at her will and now we know that the journey from getting rejected to rejecting offers hasn’t been all that easy.
