Yash Raj Films To Start Work On The Kalpana Chawla Biopic, Shimit Amin To Direct The Film

For the last four years, there has been a lot of conjecture around the Kalpana Chawla biopic. But the wait is finally over, the biopic of Kalpana Chawla, the late American astronaut of Indian origin, could be in the making. Well, according to a Filmibeat report, the film will be produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by Shimit Amin, who is best known for directing the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Chak De! India (2007).
