Bigg Boss 15: No Celeb Has Been Approached For Salman Khan’s Show Yet; Season To Have Star Couples, Commoners

It’s been less than a month since Bigg Boss 14 came to an end and Rubina Dilaik lifted the trophy, but reports about season 15 have already begun to make the rounds. While BB14 challenger Arshi Khan claimed that host Salman Khan asked her to return to the reality show this year, buzz suggested that Pavitra Rishta actress Ankita Lokhande and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 participant Tejasswi Prakash have been approached for the upcoming season. Well, it is now being said that makers have not yet approached anybody for BB15.

In a report shared by ETimes, a source revealed, “We have not yet started approaching anyone for casting in the upcoming season of the show.” The source explained that every year many rumors do the rounds but the reality is that celebrities are only approached to participate as contestants a month before the season kicks off. The names of the housemates have still not been finalized, but makers have started deciding the theme for Bigg Boss 15.

Talking about the type of participants we can expect this year, the source added, “We think this year we will invite only five commoners that too, the entertaining, and influencing ones. And rest of the 10 we are planning from the celebrity couples, whether divorced and single now, or those who are dating, or the ones who just broke up. We are also trying for three very well known faces, right from Bollywood to TV industry. And about 2-3 such who are famous for some reason.”

The report also suggests that no ex contestant will be given a second chance this time around. So we may not see any challengers like season 14.
