Hina Khan Calls Bigg Boss A Game Changer; Reveals Why She Said Yes To Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 5

One of the most popular and adored celebrities of Indian television, Hina Khan began her beautiful journey in the land of entertainment with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She played the role of sanskari bahu Akshara for 8 long years before quitting the show and participating in reality shows. The beauty completely changed her fashion game and later won hearts as Komolika Chaubey in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Hina, who is currently more interested in working in films and web shows, feels Bigg Boss 11 was a turning point in her career.

Talking to E Times about how the reality show became a game changer, Hina shared, “Absolutely, my real side came out. No one is flawless and I am happy that when I came out of the Bigg Boss house, people could relate to me. My fashion sense was appreciated, and viewers were surprised by it, because they had seen me in a particular get-up for years. That really changed the game for me.”

Hina also opened up about her next project Naagin 5. She revealed that she was focusing on films and digital shows and things were going well when Ekta approached her. She shared, “But then, Ekta Kapoor came into my life and dropped the bomb! She is not someone who will ask you whether you want to play this role, she just tells you (laughs!). On a serious note, we share a great rapport and I am doing a web show for her, too.” Hina went on to add that she had told Ekta how she didn’t want to do television anymore. However, Ekta said that it’s just for one season and the actress could do it for some time.

Well, the first promo of the show was shared yesterday and ever since then, social media has been flooding with praises for Hina, TV’s new naagin.
