Shilpa Shinde Explains Why She Won’t Work With Sunil Grover; Says She Was Used As A Prop On Gangs Of Filmistan

Fans were super excited when it was announced that Shilpa Shinde aka Angoori Bhabhi of Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai will be making her comeback on television after two long years with comedy show Gangs Of Filmistan. The actress began shooting for the same and a few promos were also shared. However, she recently left fans in shock when she revealed that she wants to quit the show and doesn’t want to work with co-star and comedian Sunil Grover. It was a surprise for many because their on-screen chemistry is absolutely wonderful!

In her interview with ETimes, Shilpa claimed that the producers were exploiting artists and necessary guidelines were not being followed on the set amid the pandemic. The actress even stated, “I had mentioned first only that I will do the show on one condition that I don't want to work with Sunil Grover.” Well an interview of Shilpa has gone viral on social media now in which she is explaining why she refused to work with Sunil. She feels that the show revolves around Sunil while she is being used as a prop.

Shilpa also stated that her name is being used by the makers who are calling it ‘Shilpa’s comeback’. However, she feels she is only standing in the back. Well recently producer Preeti Simoes also gave an interview in which she clarified that Shilpa knew Sunil was a part of the show and there is no favoritism on the set as all artists are equal.
