Bigg Boss 14: Humari Bahu Silk Actor Zaan Khan And Paras Chhabra’s Ex Akanksha Puri Approached For The Reality Show?

It has been almost four months since Bigg Boss 13 ended. The 13^th season had been one of the most successful seasons in the history of the reality show and that was precisely the reason why it had also been extended. We can have an idea how much pressure would be on the makers to be able to live upto the hype that the show created and make the upcoming season successful too. So, the selection of contestants for Season 14 seems to have already commenced and earlier, it was also being reported that Shubhangi Atre had been approached for the show. Now, two new names have also come up.

We are talking about Humari Bahu Silk actor Zaan Khan and Vignyaharta Ganesh actress and Paras Chhabra ex, Akaknksha Puri. According to reports in TOI, these telly stars have been approached for the reality show. Zaan has been a choice after he hit the headlines for speaking out about the payment delay of the cast and crew of Humari Bahu Silk, that had gone off air long back in November 2019. He revealed how they were paid for just 1 month and have to go around again and again asking for their hard-earned money, but to no avail! The news is yet to be confirmed.

On the other hand, when Akaknksha Puri was asked if she had been approached for Bigg Boss 14, she told TOI, "Yaar do you really think Bigg Boss 14 will happen during such a condition. There's so much happening. Shows are shutting down and all. In fact, we don't even know if the shoots are going to start and if things are going to be fine soon. I have no clue if the show is going to happen this time or if it is coming up with a new season. Right now, it is way too early to talk about a new show or being a part of Bigg Boss 14. Let's see where life takes. I would definitely like to entertain my audience in every possible way and I will continue doing different and new things."
