    Exclusive: Ishita Ganguli To Play Parvati In Colors’ Shrimad Bhagavad

     Actor Nikhil Dwivedi who has been a part of films like Shor in the city, Hate Story so on and so forth is hungry for good content on television.

    With the same goal in his mind he has been working his guts off on his next television magnum opus Shrimad Bhagavad. The mythological show has been commissioned by Colors.

    There have been many such enchanting shows that are already running on the tube, however this one promises to be different in its own way.

    For eons now, we as audiences are habituated to see Shree Krishna as a character in such mythologicals. As opposed to that, Shree Krishna will not just be a character; he will also be the narrator for the series. The show will see events that transpired post the epic battle of Mahabharat.

    Reportedly, Amit Pachori has been finalized to play the role of Shree Vishnu. Amit will be seening donning various significant avatars in the series.

    According to a very close Desimartini source, Shrimad Bhagavad which would be a weekender show has finalized the cast for the character of Parvati.

    Ishita Gangopadhyay who was earlier part of shows like Prithvi Vallabh on Sony TV, Shastri Sisters and Ishq Ka Rang Safed on Colors will now be playing Parvati for Shrimad!

    The rest of the cast is still to be finalized.

    The source further revealed that for the cast of Radha actress Madirakshi Mundle who was earlier seen in Siyaa Ke Ram is being considered.
