Kapil Sharma Shares Pictures From His Reunion With Navjot Singh Sidhu, The Two Share A Warm Hug & Enjoy Paranthas

Kapil Sharma and Navjot Singh Sidhu bonded for life after years of working together. While Sidhu’s presence is definitely missed both by fans and the cast of the Kapil Sharma Show, the comedian who travelled to Punjab recently had a reunion with the former cricketer and politician and the picture have gone viral.

Sharma enjoyed an afternoon with Sidhu at the latter’s home in Amritsar where they bonded over paranthas. The two were seen enjoying lunch together along with others in their company in the pictures and even shared a warm hug after meeting presumably after a long time.

The Kapil Sharma Show has had a long association with the politician whose shayaaris and laughter blended in perfectly with the various acts of the comedians on stage. He may not be a part of the show anymore but there’s hardly an episode where he’s not mentioned. Archana Puran Singh who replaced him is also often teased about taking Sidhu’s position.

Sidhu’s exit from the show came in February after his comments on the Phulwama attacks drew the ire of audiences. He was axed after demands of boycott grew louder online and Archana was brought in to replace him permanently to avoid negative press around the show.
