Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2: The Rasoda, Cooker And Gopi Bahu, Devoleena Bhattacharjee Return, But Who Is Gehna? Watch

Saath Nibhana Saathiya is all set to return to the small screen with Devoleena Bhattacharjee headlining the show once gain as Gopi Bahu. The first promo of the show just dropped and looks like musician Yashraj Mukhate has inspired it with his viral rap song. The cooker and Devoleena are the only two characters we meet from the show for now.

Devoleena talks of another new character Gehna right of the bat but we are yet to meet her. Looks like in season 2 the ‘rasoda’ is her responsibility and we are curious to meet her already.

The producer of the show Rashmi Sharma has already said that the show will see many new faces while retaining Gopi Bahu reprised by Devoleena. Only yesterday there were reports doing the rounds that Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla has been approached to play the lead on the show.

While the new cast is yet to be finalized the return of Saath Nibhana Saathiya is a big deal for fans. The show’s re-run of the original season got a thunderous response during the lockdown encouraging makers to bring back the show.

We hope for the sake of the viewers that the new cast and show will be as entertaining as the original Modi family which set the bar pretty high.
