Sharad Kelkar used to stammer as a child, reveals he was 'mercilessly bullied' because of that

Sharad Kelkar is one of the most talented actors in the industry. He has not just left an everlasting impression with his performance in TV shows and films, but has also been an excellent voice-over artist who has even dubbed for Prabhas for the Hindi version of Baahubali. But, did you know that the actor used to stammer as a child.

In a recent interview, Family Man actor Sharad Kelkar has revealed that he used to stammer as a child and that he was bullied in school too. Talking to New Indian Express, he revealed, "You know, I used to suffer from stammering. I was mercilessly bullied as a child for it. But look at me now; I’m in a profession that requires me to use my speech skills.”

He had opened up about stammering back in 2020 as well and had said, "There were a lot of rejections. I used to stammer, so acting was a faraway thing for me. I used to stammer a lot so rejections were. But that made me strong, that gave me the strength to correct the things that were wrong. Stammering was a problem so I got rid of that. It took me two years to get rid of stammering. Rejections are good, I believe. They give you the strength to work harder towards your goals." Sharad Kelkar is indeed motivation!
