Actor Abhishek Vinod Talks About His Role In Samuthirakani’s ‘Aan Devathai’

Actor Abhishek Vinod was seen playing his idol Kamal Haasan’s brother-in-law, Thangaraj, in Jeethu Joseph’s drama thriller ‘Papanasam’ (2015). It seems like the actor is on a signing spree now. According to recent reports, the actor has four films in his kitty at present and will be seen in a grey role in ‘Aan Devathai’.

The Thamira directorial is an upcoming action drama film starring Samuthirakani in the lead role. The movie also features Ramya Pandian, Kavin and Kasthuri in significant roles. Talking about his character in the flick, Abhishek was quoted as saying, “I play an IT company head and the heroine works under me. My character is that of a playboy. Ramya Pandian of Joker fame plays the female lead and Suja Varunee is the second lead. The story is based on the struggles of people who take loans and fail to pay back on time”.

Touching up on sharing screen space with Samuthirakani in the movie, Abhishek stated, “I play the typical villain but there are a few positive shades that pop up once in a while. I had a lot of fun during the shoot”. On a related note, the music for the flick has been composed by Ghibran and cinematographer Vijay Milton has wielded the camera for the flick.
