Arun Prabhu Talks About The Success Of Aruvi

Kollywood filmmaker Arun Prabhu is known to have helmed the 2017 movie Aruvi. The movie had a dark comedy and thriller genre. The movie starred Aditi Balan in the lead role and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Shivada Nair, and Shwetha Shekar in crucial roles.

Aruvi was a smash hit at the box office and has been receiving praises from the audience. Regarding the movie, the director stated, “People messaged me on social media saying they watched the film six to seven times”.

He further added, “Since the first day of the release, social media has been flooded with discussions on Aruvi. I never expected that to happen. I started getting messages from people in different countries. Even people who do not know Tamil started appreciating the film. I didn’t expect it to become such a huge hit”.
